She Collaborates Collective Membership
Welcometo the She Collaborates Collective ("the Community"). By joining our membership program, you agree to the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully as they outline your rights and responsibilities as a member.
1. Membership Overview
The She Collaborates Collective is a subscription-based coaching and networking community for women seeking personal and professional growth. Membership includes access to services, resources, and events as outlined on our website and promotional materials.
2. Eligibility
Membership is open to individuals who are:
Women who are at least 18 years of age.
Committed to fostering a supportive and respectful community.
Able to comply with these Terms and any other policies we may introduce.
3. Membership Fees and Payment Membership fees are billed annually, as selected at registration. Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle and will auto-renew annually. We reserve the right to modify membership fees with 30 days written notice.
4. Cancellation Policy:
In order for you to be committed to this process, we do not do any refunds. Access to the Community will remain active until the end of your annual subscription. You will be emailed 30 days in advance for each annual subscription.
5. Code of Conduct
We are committed to maintaining a positive and inclusive environment.
Members agree to:
Treat all participants with respect, kindness, and professionalism. Refrain from harassing, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior. Respect the confidentiality of other members. Avoid sharing any Community materials, recordings, or resources with non-members without explicit permission.
Violation of these guidelines may result in immediate termination of membership without refund.
6. Services Provided Membership benefits include but are not limited to:
Weekly group coaching sessions.
Access to experts in mindset, health, AI strategy, social media, small business start-up, and youth advocacy.
Monthly meditation calls.
Discounts on courses, events, and 1-on-1 coaching.
Access to exclusive online resources.
We reserve the right to update or modify these services to enhance the Community’s value.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials, resources, and content provided within the Community are the exclusive property of She Collaborates Collective. Members agree not to copy, distribute, or reproduce any content without prior written consent.
8. Disclaimer
The She Collaborates Collective does not guarantee specific outcomes or results. All advice and resources are provided for informational purposes, and members
are encouraged to use their discretion in applying them.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
She Collaborates Collective will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from membership participation. The maximum liability for any claim related to the membership will not exceed the total fees paid by the member in the preceding 12 months.

We are committed to protecting your personal information. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.
11. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or within the Community portal. Continued participation in the Community constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Tennessee without regard to its conflict of law principles.
